What are Swarovski Crystals? 
Swarovski Crystals are known as the higest quality of crystal available on the market today. Swarovski crystals owe their glorious reputation to the superior quality of the cutting and polishing processes used to produce the crystals. Swarovski Crystals are man-made and noted for their purity, brilliance and reflective qualities. Swarovski crystals are manufactured in Wattens, Austria using a method developed by Daniel Swarovski and his sons back in the year of 1892.

What is Soft Flex beading wire?
Soft Flex beading wire is a strong, durable, and hypoallergenic wire consisting of stainless steel wires braided together and then nylon coated. 

How do I know what size of bracelet to order?
EVERYONE is built differently so the best way to find the perfect fit is to measure your wrist or measure a favourite bracelet.
Measure your wrist
Measure your wrist using a string or soft measuring tape commonly used for sewing. Wrap the tape or string around your wrist so that it is snug..not tight..but snug. Take that measurement and add 1" to find out your actual  bracelet size. Then take your bracelet size and choose the size option on the ordering page that is closest to your size.
Measure a bracelet
To measure your favorite bracelet, undo the clasp and lay it out flat along a ruler.  Then measure the distance from the end of the ring to the end of the clasp or hook. Then choose the closest size on the order form.

Generally, a small adult wrist wears a 7", an average adult wrist wears 7 1/4" to 7 1/2" and a large adult wrist can wear 7 3/4" to 8 1/2". However, everyone is different so to avoid dissapointment, we ask that you measure your wrist or bracelet. If you are purchasing a bracelet for a friend, there are a few ways that you can be sneaky. Ask to try on a bracelet that she is wearing and compare it to your wrist OR ask her to try on one of your bracelets so that you can compare the sizes OR ask someone who lives with your friend if they could measure a bracelet for you OR stop at an expensive jewellery store while at the mall and try on bracelets together.

How long will it take for  me to receive my jewellery order?
Here at B-KiND Beads we allow ourselves 1 to 2 days to process each order and offer 4 different shipping options that will provide you with a range of 3 to 10 business days. We can ship your order via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel or Xpress Post) or UPS (Ground or 3 day Select). Please know that for shipments crossing the border via UPS you will be charged duty, tax and brokerage fees. For shipments crossing the border via Canada Post, you may or may not be charged taxes and handling.
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any shipment delays due to bad weather, strikes, holiday rush periods or any other unforseen events that are out of our control.

What is your return policy?
We strive for a 100% no return success rate. However, we do understand that the day may come when someone needs to return an item. 
Return policy - our error
If we processed your custom order incorrectly, you have 30 days to report the error to us. Please contact us at  sales@bkindbeads.com or by phone at 1.519.324.8989.  We will be happy to discuss the issue with you as soon as possible. You will most likely be asked to return the piece of jewellery to us by our choice of shipping method (we will absorb the shipping fee) and we will refund the amount of your purchase OR replace your order.
If you have received the jewellery and it is damaged, please contact us immediatley.
Return Policy - not our error
We understand that sometimes we change our minds and would like to make a return. Under these circumstances, we will allow you to return your jewellery BUT you will be responsible for the shipping fees and there will be a restocking  fee of 15% to cover the original expense of making the piece for you.
If you find that you have ordered the incorrect size, we will be happy to restring your bracelet or necklace for a small fee of $8 and we are willing to share the shipping costs. You will pay the shipping fees to return the item to us and we will pay for the shipping to send it back to you. If you have any questions, please contact us.

How do I take care of my B-KiND jewelry?
For optimum results, keep your jewelry in a cool and dry place. We find that little plastic ziploc bags work great! Not only will the bag help prevent tarnishing but it will protect your jewelry from getting scratched by other pieces.

To keep your  B-KiND jewellery clean and shiny, please follow these steps:
1). Prepare a small container with a mild soap and water mixture
2). Find a clean SOFT toothbrush and gently clean your bracelet
3). Rinse your jewelry thoroughly with clean water and dry completely
4). Once the bracelet is dry, use a sterling silver polishing cloth to help restore the shiny finish.

Never use any type of jewellery cleaners, sterling silver cleaners, dips or toothpaste to clean your jewellery. You will destroy the shiny characteristics of your special B-KiND Beads.

Jewellery is made to be worn so enjoy it! Wear it! Have fun! However, there are a few steps you may take that will prolong the beauty of your jewellery.  Try not to wear your bracelets while using harsh cleaners, try not to wear your jewellery in the shower due to the different soaps or chemicals that may come into contact with your jewellery and definitely do not wear your jewellery while swimming in a body of water with chlorine.  Also, when you are not wearing your precious beads, keep them safe in a sealed plastic bag.

Does B-KiND Beads charge sales tax?
We only charge 8% sales tax to the residents of Ontario. Those who live outside of Ontario will not be charged taxes by us.  However, if you live outside of Canada, you may or may not  be subjected to the taxes that apply to your area when you receive your shipment.
